Can Design Bar select hard materials such as flooring, tile, electrical/plumbing fixtures?
Absolutely! We do it all. And, many of the items we recommend can be purchased through Design Bar (if you live in Oregon, otherwise we can help you locate local vendors).
Do you provide 2D or 3D drawings?
Yes! We do this as part of our Top Shelf Design Services and as a Design Service. 2D drawings are helpful to show technical placement of materials, fixtures and furniture layouts. 3D renderings can be helpful to see a visual representation of what your final space will look like. We work with your building professionals to efficiently and beautifully execute your designs.
Can you incorporate a family heirloom or existing piece of furniture in your design?
Yes, we will absolutely make every effort to include those family treasures. The more personal your design concept is, the better the result! Please be sure to mention those items to us at the onset of your project.
What if I'm not sure of my budget?
Please provide us with your best guess as to how much you’d like to spend on your project. If you are open to spending more for quality pieces, please let us know. We pride ourselves on our ability to find great products at a range of price points and our success in creating great designs with a range of budgetary requirements!
